Vespa wiring and you!
So the stock-for-now good time party ciao was having trouble holding spark and i saw this:
Cant really get a good spark out of that so I figured while i replace it I would take some pictures and go through hoe to hardwire a vespa.
Get your flywheel puller and do dat dirt yo!
The flywheel is sharp as shit! Watch yer fingers or you gonna git bit! Don't lose this little guy, he tells your points when to open.
Black is your ignition and connects to the HT coil outside the bike. It is what i need to replace
This blue guy is your tail light AND NEEDS TO BE GROUNDED TO GET SPARK just like garellis. I hate that shit.
Red has this funny plug that leads out and is the headlight. You want lights don't you?
I didn't have a little circle guy to screw in, so i made one. I swiped a black wire from a puch i tore apart. I'ts not pointed in the right direction, so it will rub on the flywheel. Get that shit outta the way and under some stuff and out the hole!
Put it back together and ride yo vespa!

Whoa! A new blog!
Im back, and still workin on bikes!
First up, this Peugeot 103 (sp, rsvp, lsu, vip, mvr, bvd, ihop.) This is my first experience with french bikes (and single variation for that matter) and it has been really enlightening.
I have already taken some weights out of the variator and de-restricted the pipe and removed the exhaust port lip, so next up is replacing this stock reed cage. Its so tiny! I have a puch Polini single petal reed on the way. Something tells me these little holes dont allow for the best fuel/air flow. I also have a spare Dellorto 14:12 kicking around to swap for the leaky-ass gurtner. More pictures to come.
This is the intake port from my cheap Treat kit (its a DMP) from my Rad/Bad pinto. I had put it together in such a hurry i didn't have time to open it to match the 19 Dell i was using, so i did that today. I haven't ran it yet to see if i gained any performance, but it cant hurt? The rectangle 14mm-ish intake it had was close so i didn't have to take out much.
Lots more projects down the pipeline (in the pipeline?) and ill be sure to post stuff as it gets done!
